I had some left over smoked salmon when I made my mom breakfast for mother's day. I had to figure out how to use the rest of it up. This was really simple and adapted from Martha Stewart.
Ingredient:
12 oz box pasta
1/4 cup dill
4 oz smoked salmon
2 oz cream cheese
pepper and salt to tast
Directions:
1. Boil pasta. Cook pasta when water boils.
2. Drain pasta when done. Save some of the pasta liquid in a separate boil.
3. Put the drained pasta, chopped dill, strips of smoked salmon, and softened cream cheese into the pot. Slowly add in the pasta liquid to make the sauce creamier.
4. Enjoy!
I took out some ingredients from the original because I didn't have them! Feel free to add peas, capers, or anything else! I liked how simple and easy this recipe was. The dill and salmon brought out great flavors. In hindsight, I would've added more cream cheese or topped it with cheese!
All love all pasta! Yum!
